About the event
"Charles Fazzino is the most popular 3D artist in the world today. With hundreds of galleries and museums exhibiting his work worldwide, he has amassed a loyal following throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. His artwork is in the private collections of Presidents Bill Clinton and George Bush, Rosie O'Donnell, Morgan Freeman, Paul McCartney, Senator Hillary Clinton, Finnish President Tarja Halonen, Michael Jordan, Andy Roddick, Tony Stewart, Julia Roberts, Katie Couric, Reggie Jackson and many other internationally famous figures and organizations.
As a creator of limited edition 3D art, he is best known for his obsession with bright colors and gorgeous detail, the frenetic energy that infuses his work, and a unique hand-mounted 3D layering technique that brings his images to life. Born in the Bronx, NY, and a graduate of the New York School of Visual Arts, Charles Fazzino's popularity has skyrocketed over his thirty-year career.
Best known for his 3D renderings of New York and countless other cities, he has also established himself as a pop culture historian with masterful tributes to popular icons such as The New York Yankees, Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley and Characters of Walt Disney. As an acclaimed event artist, he has painted more than 20 Super Bowls for the National Football League, 18 All-Star Games for Major League Baseball, 5 Daytime Emmy Award Ceremonies, 2 FIFA World Cup tournaments, the GRAMMY AWARDS, and was the official artist for The US Marines Corps 75th Anniversary Toys for Tots Celebration and the National 9-11 Memorial and Museum's 25th Anniversary.
The Museum of Art/Fort Lauderdale was the first stop for Fazzino's 2010 exhibit titled "The Faces of Fort Lauderdale," and Fazzino works have been exhibited by The Museu Carmen Thyssen Andorra, Norman Rockwell Museum, The Arlington Museum of Art, and the Holocuast Memorial and Tolerance Center and Museum of Nassau County. In 2009 he received the prestigious Ellis Island "Medal of Honor". In 2022, his artwork for the 75th anniversary of Toys for Tots was permanently installed in the Pentagon and he was awarded the Department of the Navy's Superior Public Service Medal.
Fazzino's storytelling style, innovative technique and sense of composition make him a master storyteller who touches his collectors and captures the most meaningful parts of their everyday lives. Six books have been published about Fazzino. He lives in New York, is the National Vice President of The Muscular Dystrophy Association and contributes his time and art to raise millions of dollars for countless causes around the world.”
