Carl-Einar Häckner is a versatile Swedish artist and stage performer whose artistic practice is characterized by imagination, poetry, humor, and a strong sense of storytelling. Working primarily with ink and expressive black brushstrokes, he creates works in which silhouettes, figures, and spontaneous lines develop into personal and evocative narratives.

Häckner’s visual world moves freely between the figurative and the abstract.
