Vernissage – Carl-Einar Häckner: Alice & Jag
You are warmly invited to a very special opening featuring Carl-Einar Häckner and his exhibition "Alice & Jag".
Carl-Einar is perhaps best known as a performing artist, comedian and magician, but he is also an expressive visual artist. In his paintings, humour, imagination, magic and seriousness come together – often through vivid colours and his characteristic bold black line, which is an essential part of his visual language.
He works in ink, acrylic, and steel, combining these materials to create expressive works that move between the figurative and the abstract. His distinctive visual language is characterised by bold lines, vivid colours, strong contrasts, and a playful yet thoughtful energy.
In Alice & Jag, we are invited into Carl-Einar’s very own world. Here, Alice appears in many different forms – Alice, Alice Paris, Punk Alice, Happy Rabbit in a Blue Hat, Ferris Wheel Alice…
