RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Shipping & international deliveries
For deliveries outside Sweden, import duties, VAT, and other local charges may apply in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend reviewing local import regulations prior to placing an order.
We ship artworks internationally via established carriers such as DHL and, where necessary, other professional freight companies. We are responsible for export declarations and delivery to the carrier.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU distance selling regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right, the artwork must be returned in essentially unchanged condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. You must contact us prior to returning any item.
Return conditions
The customer is responsible for handling the artwork with care during the withdrawal period. If the artwork has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, a deduction for diminished value may apply.
Returns must not be sent without prior written approval.
Returning artworks

Attach proof of purchase
We arrange return shipping to ensure safe handling of artworks. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the goods or valid proof of return shipment.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Damages & claims
In the event of transport damage, this must be reported immediately to both the carrier and us, including photographic documentation.
For all claims, we reserve the right to inspect the artwork. If the claim is approved, we will cover return shipping and offer either a replacement or appropriate compensation.
Complaints
If a product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, you have the right to file a complaint.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, notify the carrier immediately and document the damage with photographs. We require both images and your order number to process your claim.

All artworks are quality-checked before dispatch. Our customer service will respond to complaints within seven (7) working days. Please do not return any item before receiving instructions from us.
Miva Fine Art will determine whether the issue is resolved through repair or replacement.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at www.arn.se.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalised artworks (e.g. framing or bespoke orders) cannot be returned or refunded, as they are produced specifically to order

Digital products delivered electronically with prior consent for immediate delivery

Gift cards
